CyraCom’s Interpreter App makes it easy to connect with our qualified interpreters for hundreds of languages. Let’s review how to use the CyraCom app to access our remote phone and video interpreters.

About the CyraCom App

The CyraCom Interpreter App launched in 2014, giving our clients another method for reaching our remote interpreters. Downloading the app is free, and there are no license or device limitations—meaning you can have as many of your staff download it to their mobile devices or tablet devices as needed.

How to connect with an interpreter using the CyraCom app

Once you’ve logged into the CyraCom app, you can access all of our interpretation options in one place by selecting a language. From there, you can select the type of interpretation you need:

Video Interpretation: video and audio

Phone Interpretation: audio-only

Voice Interpretation (Phone Callback): An interpreter will call you at a phone number you provide

Availability & Scheduling: See when video interpreters are taking calls or reserve an interpreter for a specific appointment

Telehealth Connect: Add a video interpreter to a video conference in progress. CyraCom Connect works with 15 teleconference platforms, including Zoom, Epic, Microsoft Teams, and Vidyo
