Language Proficiency Assessment

Our Language Proficiency Assessment provides a baseline measurement and quantitative feedback of a candidate's language performance which is beneficial in making hiring decisions or to ensure the competencies of staff who interact directly with languages other than English.

This standardized assessment is designed to measure the ability of individuals to communicate effectively in their specific languages and follows the standards established by the Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR). Flexible scheduling allows the candidate to take the 20-30 minute assessment over-the-phone. The measurable competencies of the Language Proficiency Assessment include:

  • Listening comprehension
  • Use of vocabulary
  • Command of grammar
